I graduated out of the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in computer engineering in 2002 and out of University of Florida Masters of Engineering degree in Industrial engineering with a concentration in engineering management in 2010. I have been in the simulation and training defense industry for 22 years working in major corporations such as General Dynamics Information Technology and SAAB Training USA. Currently I’m Vice President of Theissen Training USA working in daily operations of the company. My proudest achievement in Theissen was to start a mentoring program five years ago that gives real work experience to UF students in engineering and business.

My vision and reason are to create an environment where we can guide the young Latin community within the defense to be an integral part in defense contracting world and to give the access and resources in order to be an active participant and leaders within the industry.
